1996 civic ex. non vtech , engine light came on, car is a little sluggish on the go, went to advanced and cylinder 1 and 2 are mis firing, car stalled backing up prior and i re started it and it worked fine. do i need a tune-up? check engine light is still on

Get the scan done to check the codes, and have a full tune up done as it may just be a simple tune issue, start here.
