THE CAR TEMPERATURE KEEPS RISING AND FALLING WHILE DRIVING ,AFER LETTING THE CAR COOL DOWN AND OPENING THE HOOD TO CHECK THE RADIATOR FLUID,WHEN I TURN THE RADIATOR CAP IT SEEMS TO BE RELEASING AIR PRESSURE AND IT NEEDS A LITTLE FLUID EVERY TIME.COULD THIS BE THE THERMOSTAT STICKING OR THE WATER PUMP GOING BAD

Hi there,

I would start with the thermostat, and get the radiator cleaned and flow tested first.
