Hi,
i have an over heating problem with my civic. I have replace the radiator cap with the correct cap, i have replace the thermostat. dont think either were bad but tried the easystuff first. my problem is that there is excessive back pressure through the system and forces the coolant out through the coolant tank. It starts bubbling air into the overflow immediately when started then quits then if it just sits and idles for 30 minutes it is fine but dirve it and gets hot and blows all the coolant out.... I have not seen this kind of back pressure before ??? it is pushing out all air at the beginning... I have no water in the oil when i check the oil... so hoping it is not a head gasket... Ideas?
thanks

Try bleeding the cooling system out and see what happens
