1995 Honda Civic wobbling at slow speeds

Shakes or Wobbles problem
1995 Honda Civic Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 110,00 miles

I purchased the above mentioned car and it wobbles from side to side slightly when I go from 0 to about 15 mph. What could it possibly be?

Sounds like either a bent rim or two or the tires are seperating.Have someone look at the tires to be sure they arent falling apart
