1995 Honda Civic white smoke

i have 1995 honda civic.when i start the car up it doesn't smoke but a liqued comes out of the tailpipe..wen the car is reved or driven, white smoke comes out the tail pipe

It might be engine coolant.

Check your coolant level, if it's low, do a cylinder leakdown test. This will identify if it's a headgasket issue or not.
