1995 Honda Civic what went worng

I was driving and the brakes went soft, i pulled over and looked under the car to see if I had any fluid leaking.I saw brake fluid coming out of my rear passenger brake drum. If tis a broken wheel cylinder? or is this something else?

Yes, sounds like you blew a wheel cylinder. I would replace them both at that mileage
