1995 Honda Civic Vehicle suddenly stopped in traffic

In traffic on a rainy day - engine stopped. Able to crank and it seems to want to start. The power windows, wipers and guages are non responsive.

Lights, blinkers work fine.

Where to start?

Symptom indicates apowe rsupply failure.

Check the underhood main fuses. Another possible cause would be the ignition switch. Note if the dash lights are showing when ignition is turned on and while cranking. If the dash lights goes off or flickers when the ignition is turned to START, the ignition switch is suspect.
