1995 Honda Civic timing belt tension

1995 Honda Civic Automatic 110000 miles

there is no spring on my tensioner this is normal ? if yes what tension do I have to apply on the belt? and one more question my engine is (D15B 2646080) the diagram for the TDC marks are the same for the this one here?

Hi cleclipse,

The must be a tensioner spring for belt adjustment.
The timing marks are similar for all models.
