Hey there, great site!
I just bought a 1995 Civic as a secondary car for my family that is in very good shape, but the one issue i seem to be having, is an annoying ticking noise from my heater blower (I think).
Whenever I turn on the heat, the ticking (Rattling) starts, it seems to be right under the glove box in a black casing that I imagine houses the heater motor or fan (please correct me if Im wrong). The ticking grows faster as I increase the speed of the heater, so I know its something to do with the fan or heater.

Im sure this is a common issue, if anyone can instruct me on how I can correct this, fix it myself... Please let me know. The heater seems to work great, its simply an irritating noise!

Your issue is most likely the heater blower bearing that is making noise. Replace the heater blower and your problem should be solved.
