1995 Honda Civic Speedometer

Hey, my speedometer stays at zero 75% of the time, then bounces around 20% of the time, and 5% it actually tells me my correct speed. What is the problem?

Most likely the VSS, vehicle speed sensor.

Hey F4I_guy, I replaced it today with a brand new one,
and still nothing. Is there any other thing it could be that you know of?
