1995 Honda Civic snapped off front wheel Lugs

2 studds snapped off on front wheel
I have the calipers loose and the disk off but I can't see any way to remove and replace the old studds, there seems to be a plate in the way

you have to remove the rotor. Once that is off you have to rotate the hub and knock the studs out one by one.
