1995 Honda Civic Oil leaking to the Spark Plug

I have a Honda Civic 95 four door car. When I checked the spark plugs, I saw that the 2 spark plugs at the far ends are swimming in oil, while the other 2 in the middle are just fine and dry. What is causing this?

the valwe cover gasket is bad. on the inside of the cover there is a round seal for each cylinder. replace all of them and the main gasket also.
