1995 Honda Civic idles between 1 and a little over 2 grand

My car idles up and dowm all the time what could be making it do this?

Problem such as vacuum leak/idle air control valve/motor and throttle position sensor-could also be a fuel pressure problem.

Look down the question page a little to "1995 idle surge" and that explains how I fixed my problem. I hope this helped.

Your problem is almost definitelty your iac, its located on the back side of the intake manifold, it has 2 coolant hoses running to it and is bolted on with 2 bolts. Take it off and spraythe bejesus out of it with brake clean and try that. If that doesnt work just replace it.I have seen his hundreds of times and hondas and acuras are notorious for this. I'm a honda enthusiast so I am pretty good with common haonda problems.
