The a/c is blowing hot and cool air while driving. The a/c hose is cold to the touch and when it does cool is gets pretty cold. It has plenty of freon and the fans work. My mechanic said that I need to replace the compressor. Is there any other reason why the air goes from hot to cold? Could there be something else besides the compressor? Vaccum maybe?
