1995 Honda Civic help

I have just bought this car and it was smoking blue smoke iam machanically inclined so i new it was oil i did some research and some one told me valve stem seals so i did that it has improved a little but it coming back should i just invest in a new motor or is this a easy and some what cheap fix

It's probably coming from the bottom end. You can try running a thicker oil, that may help a little, but the only real fix is to overhaul the engine.
