The heat in my civic blows hot on speeds 1 and 2 but only blows warm and sometimes cold on speeds 3 and 4

With 1 and 2 being slow to medium and 3 and 4 the fan turning faster. I would think that the thermastat is not working correctly. What is happening is that with the slower speeds the hot fluid circulating does not cool off as much as how much head is drawn out with the fan running on fast.

The thermostat is brand new. But for some reason my heat started working on all speeds

Keep an eye on the temp guage if you have one. If it goes from normal then down to cold then the thermastat could be bad or there is not enough fluid in the system.
