1995 Honda Civic Giving to much gas

Hello my honda dx had a blown head so I got a new one but I have to give the car so much gas to start and keep it going

Well obviously something is wrong.

When you fixed the headgasket, was it running fine afterwards? Or was it been running like this since the repair?

Some quick checks would be firing order, some guys mix up the MAP and IACV harness clips when they do heads on these vehicles.

Is the CEL on?
