1995 Honda Civic erractic idle/runs rich

1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

my civic runs good but a little rich at start up but when it warms up, the idle goes up and down and when i stop sometimes it sounds like it wants to shut off.at the same time its running extremely rich. could the IAC be the problem or maybe timing?

Could be the IAC and the following below

Possible causes include a bad O2 sensor, excessive fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator or plugged return line), leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter or restricted air inlet, or a defective coolant sensor that prevents the engine management system from going into closed loop mode.
