1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I need to replace both of my lower controll arms, the bushings are shot, my question to you is, can i just replace the bushings or do I need to replace the whole entire controll arm, im hoping the bushings will just come out, thanks for your time
