1995 Honda Civic Can i make it 4 wheel disk

Can I convert rear drum brakes into disk brakes, should i also have to change some of the suspension parts; if so, what parts?

You need the whole spindle/hub assembly with rotors, pads, caliper, bracket, flex hose, parking brake cables, trailing arm and control arms.
