Electrical problem
1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My car start up fine and run perfectly until i notice that my battery lights turn on. It will be really red when the car is slower or stop and then once I drive fatser, the battery light will slowly go off. Then i start having this problem where my headlights and dash light would be weak and sometimes if I turn off the car, then I wont be able to turn it on. With a jump then car is on again but would seems like its going to die and drive it only couple blocks and it will die again. I replace new battery and still the same thing. That battery light on the dash is still doing the same thing and sometimes my rpm goes up and down and sometimes none at all. Also my mph sometimes jump up and down too when that happen

Check your charging system. Most likely it's a failed alternator (the component which charges your battery while running)
