How much and how many hours should it take an ASE certified machanic to replace the water pump in a 1994 Honda Civic lx 4 sedan?

Can be some where around 4-5 hours or less. Even being ASE certified does not make them that familiar with the Honda engine and they will likely have to follow a guidebook as they work.
