1994 Honda Civic Water Disappears!

I have a Honda and it keeps getting rid of water. It shows no signs of leaks. I add water and i can drive it but it wastes water little by little. I continue refilling the radiator so that i can drive it! The fans are working. I can't think of what the problem is.
