1994 Honda Civic Stripped lug nut studs

1994 honda civic ex 2 door. everything stock

I stripped my lug nut studs and am trying to replace them and got everything off except for the dust blocker and can not hit studs through because they hit the wheel hub. how do i get the old studs out and the new ones in?

You have to remove the hub to properly remove and install the studs.
