1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i hav a 94 civic it idles at 1300 rps even after waming up and it runs rich i can smell the execess gas out the pipe what could it be and how can i fix it

Check your mechanical timing, ignition timing, ignition coil output, fuel pressure regulator and pump, fuel injectors, critical FI sensors (MAP, o2, ECT)
