1994 Honda Civic pull to the right/wore out front tires

1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my car has a pull tothe right and everytime I buy a tire for the front it gets wore down on the inside the tread is gone and the steel in the tire is visible to the eye. The man at the tire place said it could be more than just an alignment. What else could it be?

If they inspected it, they should be able to tell you, but it could be a tie rod end or ball joint.
