1994 Honda Civic Power Options Not Working

I have a 94 Honda Civic Ex with power windows, locks, sunroof.
The only thing that works in that bundle is my sunroof. The locks work from the inside drivers door but not the outside or the passenger.
Also the vents and ac are not working. No air flow at all.

Unless you are able to perform diagnostics, it is not going to be easy to solve the problem.

Check all fuses first. Replace any blown fuses and retest.
