1994 Honda Civic need help please

i have a honda civic with a acua engine in it i forgot to put my oil cp back on and oil went every were so i found the cap under the hood and put it on and this is my qustion when i cleanes with a rag the car was on and i took out a spark plug wire and the car stalled y did it stall and what do i need to fix it

You shouldn't remove spark plug wires with the engine running. It stalled because you removed the ignition from the vehicle. Put them back in and it'll be fine
