i remove the thermostat of the car I did not replace it back since then I notice when I start up it does not idle well it cuts off I have to start back and press the gas pedle for about a minute then it idles well

Have your throttle body and IACV serviced first (cleaned). Ensure the IACV/FITV (both are idle valves) are functioning properly. Common faults on these vehicles are both IACV/FITV, so that is the first place I would check.

On a sidenote: Install a new thermostat.
