i recently bought a 94 civic ex. about a week after i got it, i noticed that when i stop at a stop sign, light, etc.., the rpms run about 1000 and then all of the sudden they drop to zero and i have to give it gas just to keep the car from dying. for some reason it does not do it when i first turn the car on, only when it is warmed up and have been driving it for a while. also, when i first start the car for the day, the motor kinda surges. my dad tells me it is a vaccuum leak but i just cant figure out where the leak is coming from. i am in need of an answer to these problems. your help is appreciated very much.
