Engine Performance problem
1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Automatic

I own a 94 Honda Civic and i'm pretty sure my headgasket is blown i recently talked to a mechanic and he said i also need to replace the timing belt and water pump i was wondering if this was a must? i talked to another mechanic but he never mentioned anything about replacing the pump and timing belt and what do you think sounds like a good pricing if it all does need to be done

If the belt/pump haven't been done recently, it almost is a must. The belt has to come off anyways, so might as well replace it.
