1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I changed the head gasket on my 1994 honda, and now it won't shift correctly. I think I have a vacuum problem but I done know where to look. Can you help?

Check the igniton timing and transmission throttle pressure cable adjustment.
