1994 Honda Civic Compressor clutch will not engage

Air Conditioning problem
1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Automatic

I recently replaced the compressor on my Honda but the clutch will not engage. The system is charged and the pressure is good. The compresser does work cause directly jumped the clutch and it came on. But seems to be no power coming out of the relay but has power going in. Any advice would help, Thanks.

How many oz's of charge did you put in the system?What are your high and low pressure's?
