I had my front brakes replaced at a neighborhood repair shop as opposed to going my Honda dealer for repair. The brake pedal seems to go lower to the floor than before replacement and my foot gets hung up on the gas pedal. Is the brake pedal adjusted during repair?

Check and adjust rear brakes
doing just the pads and rotors should not effect the paddle position
if hydraulic system was opened then I would suspect air in system
and need bleeding
