Engine Performance problem
1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i have a 1994 civic hatchback and i think i have a bad fuel problem. so i went ahead and checked the fuel pump under the hood and the gas inside it was really cloudy. i went ahead and changed that out and the car drove better. now i cant start the car up again because im thinking i still need to drain out the bad gas out of my tank. so what should i do first before i drop my gas tank to drain out the bad gas? should i check my fuel pump? should i check the gas line? or should i just go ahead and drain out the bad gas and go from there? please help me out. thank you.

Check to see if you are getting sufficient fuel pressure at the fuel rail first.

Also check to see that you have ignition spark.
