1994 Honda Civic Back up light

When I turn the engine on my back up light are on all the time and whe I going in reverse the light go out. Beside that the car those not have anything bad.

Need to inspect ground wire to back-up switch. If OK, suspect faulty switch. Back-up switch is located on tranny.
