Electrical problem
1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl

I want to replace just the wiper switch. I have removed the two screws which are said to hold the switch in place yet the switch remains held by something. It feels like there is another screw or some plastic tab (or something) that is holding it back and it cannot be simply slid out. Can you suggest what is needed to remove the switch?

I have access through my public library to the pages that have been posted with instructions and a blow-up diagram of the part. I am looking for something over and above that info.

Thanks very much.

Check and be sure all connectors are disconnected. That should be everything.
