After I got my oil change the other day my car has been dieing everytime I have to stop and sometimes taking a while to start back can you tell me what I should do?

Since the car is manual, when you are stopping, pop it into neutral and open the throttle a tiny bit. If this helps it from not stalling you have a idle system problem. I'd look into the FITV and IACV on your motor. Both help control the idle.
