How much would it cost for a total check up on a honda civic
& repair of maybe radiator, oil filter & air filter change.
plus fixing the intererior electrical wiring.

First, that depends on whether you go to a Honda dealership or a good mechanic that is experienced on working with Honda.

Can't really help you with the interior wiring problem, not knowing anything about it.

A new radiator will run about $130 and the other items for a tuneup might set you back about another $125 plus labor. Again, it is hard be specific and I assume by the way you write that there might be some problems that have surfaced with the car and that this is not just a desire to get it tuned up.
