1993 Honda Civic valves

The valves in my engine are bent and it needs a new timing belt they want 1800 for the car but that is more than I pd for it. My question is do I need to replace the entire engine or can I just fix those problems

You must have the engine inspected by an engine rebuilder. The pistons could be damaged from the valves and the valve guides could be worn as well. This could result in a full engine overhaul.
