Simple question.

My radiator is going to be change because it is dusted and it's leaking.

So do I need to add cooling liquid again and again in winter? Will it break something if I don't?

The car is not heating because it's really cold outside here in Montreal.

Thanks!

Are you asking if you will need to re-fill your coolant after replacing the radiator? If so, yes you must definately do. Your radiator holds most of the coolant.
