Iac valve ok
thermo valve ok
ignition timming dead on
ecu chipped reburned new chip
no vac leaks even replaced all vac hoses and check intake manifold for leaks w/ gas canister nothing

Car has a lot of mods. 98 d16y7 w/ 97 SOHC 16 valve V-TEC head p28 ecu w/ chrome. This is the motor that is in the civic

I see you are turbocharged and also have nitrous. So somebody has played with your engine quite a bit.

I would reset your base idle. Somebody probably has fiddled with the idle screw causing the vehicle to idle high. Re-learn base idle (unplug the IACV and set the idle to 450rpm) then clear the ECU's memory and let the vehicle idle for two fan cycles without touching the throttle.

Thats the thing about it. I built this car from the ground up. No every inch of this car. NO one eles works on this car but me. Checked set screw on throttle body. Even adjusted set screw on the IAC vavle. ECU has data logger from inavative motor sports can watch all sensors work in real time on a labtop ecu is the one thing I no thats allright I can not figuer this one out comp. Test
#1=175-psi
#2=174-psi
#3=175-psi
#4=173-psi
My new problem is that I have got a lot of vacum on the head suckcap downYou can unscrew it and it will hold it you have to pull hard. Also have vac. On the crank case. It sucks dip stick down to. The kicker about this one is the pvc syetem is working like it should. Have no clue this car does wierd thing.
