here is my problem i have a honda civic 1993 ex.It got new fuel pump, new main relay from dealer honda also new fuel filter and im still have a problem about get connection to the fuel pump is take long time to turn on. One time the weather was cool and turn on so my question is. It still the Bad main relay or Bad Coil or Bad Igniter what is it? or power supply to the main relay . thank

When engine could not start you need to test if the cause is lack of fuel supply or ignition sparks.
