Hi hondaman93,

So the blower fan motor is not working.

We shall start with that first. Start engine and turn on switch. Use your hand to bang the blower motor housing under the dash on passenger side and if fans starts working, the motor is failing and it's time to replace it.

If above fails, hope you have a test lamp and is able to do some wiring test.

With ignition switch ON, test for power supply to the blower motor Blue/White wire by back probing it. If power is available, back probe the other wire, Blue/Black. If power is not available, the motor is bad.

Hello,

There are a number of reasons why the heater might not work and only blow cold air.
It could be due to being low on coolant, having a stuck open thermostat that is not allowing the engine to warm up properly, faulty blend door actuator that is stuck on the cold side, it can also be due to a clog in the heater core which is restricting the flow of coolant through it.

Take a look at this guide, it covers the typical issues:

Go through this and let me know what you find or if you have any questions.
Thank you.
