1993 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 1993 Civic and when I put any pressure on the brakes it feels like the whole front end of my car is going to fall off. I thought it was my brakes but they are fine. So I thought maybe my rotors were warped but thats not it either. I have no idea what it could be.

How did you determine the rotors arent warped? Check the tie rod ends, and condition of the tires, but honestly it sounds like the rotors are warped
