1993 Honda Civic After check engine light goes off

On an 1993 Honda Civic DX there is supposed to be a click right after the CHECK ENGINE light goes off. There is no click and the engine cranks, but will not start. There is fire to the spark plugs

That is your main relay not clicking. This controls the fuel pump. Replace the main relay.
