1993 Honda Civic About the main relay

1993 Civic will not always start within 20-30 minutes of shutdown. After cool down, starts fine. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor replaced due to marginal condition, but did not solve problem. Any ideas on next thing to check? Appreciate!

Check the fuel pressure within that period of time and report back with the readings you have this is where we start.
