Shakes or Wobbles problem
1992 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 200,+ miles

yesterday this started. when i got to the stop light it studdered like it wanted to cut off but never did. a better description is when it studdered the idle dropped low as if it would shut off then went back to normal. i constantly check my fluids even before this happened. i also have been having a transmission fluid leak but i really dont think that has anything to do with it, but i was gonna put new hoses on the raidiator goin to the trans anyways jus to clear that up. but any advice i'd greatly appreciate. thanks.

Hi civicsix,

The idling system is unstable and it usually is caused by dirty throttle body and/or IAC valve. Gethe them cleaned and readjust the idling speed.
