1992 Honda Civic noise in front of car

ive been having this car for the past year and all of the sudden every time im driving when im about to make a turn as im doing the turn the left wheel on the drivers side makes a noise like something is scraping under i dont know what it is when it started it was mild but now its gotten worse please help.

It might be the brake dust shield scraping against the rotor, or a wheel bearing. Check out both components.
