1992 Honda Civic No electricity to 92 honda

I was changing the starter but forgot to disconnect the battery, and their was a spark when i touched ground,when i tryed to start the car and i had no power what so ever, check fuses under hood and dash, all are good,,, i have no power nothing turns on, what can it be , did i damage the main harness wires???
